Lucky Number Reservation Terms & Conditions
Lucky mobile number reservation is open to existing and new mobile line sign-up customers.
Number reservation is on a first-come-first-serve basis and upon successful reservation.
Customers must make the number reservation with the same identification document which will be used for the existing mobile number / new mobile line sign-up.
Customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful reservation of the number. No change to the number reservation is allowed.
The reserved number MUST be activated with a TPG mobile plan within 30 days from the date of successful reservation. Reserved numbers which are not activated after 30 days will be released into the available number pool for selection by others. No exception or refund is permitted in any circumstances.
After successfully reserved the number, customers must activate a TPG mobile plan in person at the TPG flagship shop (1 Kaki Bukit View #02-10, Techview, Singapore 415941).
To activate the reserved number, customers may choose either TPG SIM-Only 50GB mobile plan or TPG SIM-Only 80GB mobile plan. Upon successful activation of a mobile plan, customers must top up 23 cycles of subsequent renewals. One cycle is 30 days.
These Lucky mobile numbers are 50% off. The prices paid is after the discount. The 50% discounted price will be chargeable to customers for port-out requests before 24 months of mobile plan activation.
